House is located in a great area and walkable to St. Eds, restaurants and bars. The #10 bus also takes you right downtown. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (I am in one). The room could be furnished with a Queen bed, TV and TV stand and possibly a vanity. Decent size closet. Willing to just have the room empty too. Access to entire house, including kitchen and dining. I am a working professional who is clean and respectful and has one small dog Manny, who does not shed. Looking for someone who is open minded, working (possible student), and low-key (doesn't bring a party back to the house). Although, we like to hang, drink and cook on the deck just so you know. Deck is big and has a gas grill too. Open to another dog, but no cats. Also full gas washer and dryer too. The rent is $950 per month, but that includes ALL bills, including the highest level of Google Fiber and gas appliances. Also includes a house alarm for safety. I would also need a month's rent for a security deposit. For the right person, I would like a year lease, but negotiable.
