The house is structurally sound and intact. It's a project house. It currently lacks the Certificate of Occupancy. I bought it 4 years ago with the goal of restoring it to its former glory. I've completed some significant portions of the work, but a change of life situation is preventing me from completing it. As the picture shows, the front porch has been walled in for decades. The city deems it not inhabitable in this state. The solution could be as simple as removing it and replacing it with a simple stoop. However, my goal has been to restore it to its original configuration. See photo from 1940.
