Nice two story house. Has big lot for potential building or additions. Basement leaked but got basement crew in to fix the leak. They put drain tiles all along the walls and added a sump pump and sealed walls. Basement had walls up and part of a bathroom but had to take out all walls and part of bathroom for basement crew to seal basement. Left the studs' there for future remodels. House is 10 miles from Lake Wilson. Very good house and has a lot of potential. Include lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 in block 1 in city of Sylvan Grove
