It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with all kitchen appliances (refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave/hood) as well as a washer and gas dryer. The house is complete with all laminate "wood" floors, central air and heat, and has an enormous 12' x 16' shed in the spacious backyard. This property has off & on street parking, and needs a loving, happy family to call it home. Tenant must have first months rent as well as security deposit at singing. Tenant is responsible for all utilities: water, gas, electric, trash and internet as well as lawn care and snow removal. House is available for immediate occupancy. One year lease is required as well as renters insurance. Each perspective occupant over the age of 18 must submit an application for credit and background check in ordered to be considered before in-person tour. This property has a shared driveway and will require signing an agreement understanding which side of the driveway they are to park on. There is a NO smoking policy within the house and NO drugs on the property. A violation of this will be immediate eviction. Dog friendly with approval and an extra monthly fee (plus extra non-refundable deposit).
