Renter Insurance: The Landlord requires the Tenant obtain liability coverage of the property damage and legal liability. The tenant is required to maintain such coverage throughout the entire term of the lease agreement. Tenant is required to furnish Landlord evidence of the required insurance before occupancy, at the time of each lease renewal period. 6. Maximum occupancy: 6 7. No Pets Allowed. 8.
