Nice cozy home that sits back from the road. The lot size keeps neighbors from getting too close(in case you, or they like loud music. The living room has a large fireplace, and a bay window. Living room, Dining Room, Office, stairs to the second floor, upstairs hallway, and both bedrooms have Hardwood floors. There is a large Greenhouse attached to the back of the house. The boilers and equipment are all still there, but we never fired up the greenhouse during the time we have owned it. It is fed by city water but has a cistern and a well on the property. Lots of woods in back to take relaxing walks, or just pull up a chair and watch nature and unwind.
