The place is small, but good for a single person, or perhaps a couple (but it'll get a bit tight!). Great for students given the proximity to CSUF. No laundry. No pets. Parking is on the street, but there is always plenty. The bedroom has a newer (newer than pictured) AC window unit. Entire unit has central heating (gas). Both the heater and AC can be controlled remotely via an app on your phone. The unit will be available on 9/2/2026. Please fill out the renter profile or application via Zillow prior to requesting a tour. Tenant pays 20% of main property electric bill (based on sq ft, and usually is under $50 a month) and trash/water/sewer (bill is usually around $300 every other month). Tenant pays gas, and cable/internet directly to utility company. 12 month lease to start, month-to-month after, with 30 days notice required.
