It was painted with new carpeting and laminated floors about two years ago, Is located in the heart of downtown, close to banks, stores, restaurants and library. I will be back in town 10/2 and will respond then. Lease is month to month. Tenant pays gas and electric. I pay city utilities of water, sewer and trash.
