This would come handy as my son will play football for Rowan and he will have practice early in the morning. No smokers please! Rent is $600 for 12 months of the year plus his share of utilities. Your son can leave all his belongings there at the end of the school year so no moving in and out after the first move in. The development has an inground pool, gym, a clubhouse with a party room, billiard room, etc.
