You would be sharing the house with a mature man (the owner) and another male housemate. The owner is well known for his mosaic sculptures around Santa Barbara and enjoys collaborating with other artists. The room available is filled with natural light and overlooks the large backyard. You will be sharing the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom and outdoor space) with 2 housemates. All utilities come to $150 per month per person. We do a background and credit check.
