The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. A traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. Beach towels are not provided.
