This pet friendly home has a fenced in backyard with a large deck to enjoy grilling out with plenty of shade from the many trees. You are minutes from restaurants and very close to multiple public lake access points. The home has everything you need to make yourself at home during your stay. We look forward to receiving you for your stay! No smoking. This is a fully furnished, all utilities included rental. Three month lease minimum. A one time $300 cleaning fee will be charged and due at lease signing. One-two small-medium dogs (less than 50lbs) is permitted. Up to two cats. No more than two pets. There will be a $275 per pet deposit that is non-refundable. Prompt cleaning up of the pet is required to include picking up dog mess in the neighborhood produced by your dog.
