This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom ranch style home is located in a quaint neighborhood perfect for the traveling professionals, the fisherman, the lake goer, and even for the one who just wants a peaceful getaway. This pet friendly home has a fenced in backyard with a large deck to enjoy grilling out with plenty of shade from the many trees. You are minutes from restaurants and very close to multiple public lake access points. The home has everything you need to make yourself at home during your stay. We look forward to receiving you for your stay! No smoking. First and last month's rent due at lease signing. A one time $250 cleaning fee will be charged and due at lease signing. A refundable $2,000 security deposit required and can be paid with five $400 payments. One-two small-medium dogs (less than 50lbs) is permitted. Up to two cats. No more than two pets. There will be a $250 per pet deposit that is non-refundable. Prompt cleaning up of the pet is required to include picking up dog mess in the neighborhood produced by your dog.
