We have two empty rooms upstairs with the shower as well. The rooms are on the smaller side but livable, lots of closet room. We are putting an offer of two smaller rooms for one. This house offers lots of kitchen cabinet space, a big living room and a basement. The rent is normally 330 + utilities but is 300 for new subleasers and it can be negotiated!! We also have a backyard where we have bonfires sometimes, and a bar, laundry and furniture in the basement. There is ac, heating, parking, and an enclosed porch. We pay 330 each for rent but we are dropping the rest for new subleasers, and untilitiesare included but It hasn't gotten over $100 other than the winter. We can also negotiate two small rooms for one, giving more space. We have a cat and he's very friendly. Driveway parking available and street parking is available too.
