This is a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood kids all play together and the neighbors frequently have events for families to participate in. I was really surprised at how great everyone was when I moved here. This is our favorite neighborhood that we've ever lived in. We also like the proximity to Frisco for eating and shopping and of course Dallas is 20 - 30 min drive which isn't too bad.
