With it's own separate entrance, back yard, and patio, this space is yours entirely. The clawfoot tub, retro fridge, full (but compact) oven, authentic mid-century decor and other mid-century-inspired pieces, off-street parking, & a quick walk, bike ride, or drive to local shops, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores are a short list of what's to love. The space is an attached, fully functional guest unit to a full house. There is a locked door that separates the front house and back unit (locked on your side). The space includes a small, fully functional kitchen with full fridge, full oven and stovetop, butcher block countertops, storage, a plethora of spices, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The living room has a couch that can be folded out to be a bed if needed (it's firm, so I think it would be for random occurrences more than regular sleepers). The dining table seats two comfortably, and the space holistically is designed with 1 to 2 people in mind. The bedroom has a queen memory foam bed with plenty of bedding and a 4 pillows with two levels of firmness. There's a desk and chair for working, and a charging station with three shelves in the corner of the room for all electronics. The bathroom is amazing, with a clawfoot tub perfect for soaking. There are two doors to the bathroom, but I've set it up to really just have you use the door from the bedroom. The hallway between the living room and bedroom is a makeshift closet - there's very little storage in this space, so I've added 5 shelves, several hooks for hanging jackets, and a few pegs for hanging a dozen or so shirts, if needed. The entire back unit is yours to use. The back yard is also all yours to use at your leisure, shared with the front home In-unit washer and dryer. The front house is undergoing a remodel (never during quiet hours, and always respectfully). I've equipped it with an iron, ironing board, and some essential laundry detergent supplies to get you started with your stay. All utilities are included (water/sewer/trash/recycling/electric/gas/internet). Pet policy is 1 small dog is allowable, with a $500 pet deposit (to be used toward the cleaning after your departure, $300 of which is refundable in the event your pet doesn’t do damage to the place). Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the unit.
