I have a Studio (lower-level) unit available in Valley Park/Piggsville. The neighborhood is great! This unit is located 3 blocks away from Miller Park. There is 1 large living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. It also comes with one parking spot in the back. All of the flooring throughout the unit is new. In addition, the entire unit has been freshly painted. The rent that I am asking for is $450.00 with appliances (stove and fridge.) The rent includes water and sewage also. I do not pay for heat or electricity. - I do not accept anyone who has criminal convictions or any evictions (within 10 years) IF YOU HAVE AN EVICTION, LET'S NOT WASTE EACH OTHER'S TIME! - I am also requesting proof of employment and/or funds - I must have a security deposit upon acceptance - No Smoking - No Big dogs allowed - the insurance will not cover it - If you are bringing in any pests such as bed bugs, roaches, or mice, etc., then don't even bother applying because I will terminate the tenancy immediately.
