We're looking for one roommate to share our lease beginning July 1st. We are two females, one in vet school the other a professional in the community. Your room is $650 a month which includes for your sole use the one car garage with garage door opener (optional). Enjoy the quiet neighborhood, easy commute to campus, great neighbors, and a lovely clean home. We have a black lab who enjoys the yard and will be happy to meet you. He will visit your room if invited in, or he will stay out if you prefer. We study a lot at home in the evenings. We are looking for a student to join us for a lease starting as early as July 1st through the end of July 2023 or longer. We currently graduate in May 2024 and plan on living here for the next 2 years. We split the utilities equally - electric, cable and water. (about $100 a month) Lease is July 1, 2022 though July 31, 2023. We have the ability to extend through May 2024. No smoking in the home. You have sole access to the one car garage which currently has a garage door opener (optional) Or, you can park directly in front of the house for street parking. Plenty of guest parking on the street. Dogs are welcome but require a pet deposit. (There is already one black lab living in the house) A quick walk to the aquatic center and outdoor track.
