My wife and I just bought a house and need someone to take over our lease ASAP. April 1st- July 31st. Very convenient to I26 and downtown. Also really close to West Ashley bars and restaurants. We have a cat so no need to pay a pet deposit and The Palms said they will touch up things and shampoo the carpet. The apartment is connected to the parking lot so not far away from any parking, and the dumpsters are also located there. Very close to the playground and basketball court for activities. Oh yeah, and a walk in closet. The Palms listed this apartment as a 1 br 1 bath, but the room connected to the living room has bi-fold doors that we easily used as a second bedroom. It's an open floor plan with the option to close it off. The Palms does not have any of these units available until May so this is going to go quick. We are more than happy to show the apartment. There is also a pool and fitness center. The washer and dryer is located in the breezeway of the building.
