The house was completely renovated and furnished in 2014. It features an open floor plan with two Bedrooms that share a bathroom on one side of the home and the master bedroom and bathroom on the opposite side, also a fully equipped Kitchen with gas range and a breakfast bar that opens to the living and dining area. The highlight of the home is the scenic view of the lake and the surrounding nature. The electric heated Pool is surrounded by a spacious, caged deck area that offers plenty of space to sunbath and BBQ. There are HDTV`s in the master bedroom and living room.
