Now the renters use it as a 3 bedroom and use a 4th as a a playroom for the Grands. It sits on one of the prettiest lots in the city with huge trees and a level yard. It definitely needs some love to get it in tip top shape. From the kitchen to the old front porch its hard not to like this old friend.
