Look at a map first... this is an hour east of Denver just off of I 70. Agate is a nice town but not for everyone, there is a post office, a K-8 school and almost nothing else. You would need to drive 11 miles to the nearest gas station in Deer Trail, 20 miles to the nearest grocery in Limon. The house is a small cottage with 1 bath and 2 bedrooms (1 of which is teeny). The yard has a fenced area and off street parking. New everything - furnace, appliances, roof, floor, ceiling, electric, walls, etc. Easy care tile and laminate floors throughout. Very cute if Agate makes sense for you. Tenant pays for utilities which includes propane tank, electric service through Mountain View Electric, and water through Agate Water. Contact me for a tour, weekends & weekday evenings can work Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Washer and dryer hookups are present - washer and dryer could be negotiated.
