Look at a map first... this is an hour east of Denver just off of I 70. Agate is a nice town BUT... there is a post office, a K-8 school and almost nothing else. You would need to drive 11 miles to the nearest gas station in Deer Trail. Limon is a larger town 20 miles away. The house is a small cottage with 1 bath and 2 bedrooms (1 of which is small). The yard has a fenced area and off street parking. New everything - furnace, appliances, roof, floor, ceiling, electric, walls, etc. Easy care tile and laminate floors throughout. Washer & dryer included. Very cute if Agate makes sense for you. Tenant pays for utilities which includes propane tank, electric service through Mountain View Electric, and water through Agate Water.
