Come and relax and unwind at beautiful Waimanalo beach! The beaches do not get any better than the east side of Oahu. Waimanalo, located just 35 mins from Waikiki has approx 10 miles of white sand beaches with no rocks on the bottom and very few people. This beautiful 1 (large) Bed 1 bath bungalow is a private entrance unit (attached to the main house) + adjoining small den or office. Home is only a short 5 min walk to the beautiful beach of Waimanalo! The public access alley to the beach is just at the end of the street. This unit has been updated with a new remote controlled air conditioner wall unit in the bedroom, as well as a new remote controlled ceiling fan. The bedroom has vaulted ceilings and comes furnished with a CA King sized bed, 70" Samsung LCD screen with cable and internet. The bathroom has a shower and separate tub. The kitchenette has a brand new full sized refrigerator, microwave, hot plate for cooking, small dining table and all utensils you should need. There is also a washer and dryer stacked in the unit entryway. Connected to the bedroom is a small sunroom with sliding glass doors. (we technically call the unit 1.5 bedrooms). This little room is perfect for one person to sleep or possible 2 little children. If you enjoy eating out, there are plenty of restaurants / bars and stores in Kailua town which is only 6 miles. For those looking for more nightlife and shopping, Waikiki is approximately a 35 min drive, but after your experience with the beaches of the east side of Oahu we find that most guests rarely leave:) The rental also has beach chairs and a cooler for your use during your stay. The unit is being rented for $2800 ($2k deposit), plus electric. Current rental available Feb 1st 2025 for $2800 for the month. $2000 Security deposit (long term rental; $1000 deposit short term)
