You also have more than one parking spot in the complex , Monroe school district . No smoking allowed inside the apt !! smoking can be done outside In your own private balcony . I would like someone who is a clean person and who will take care of the apt as if it were their own . Every 2 montos I will do a walk through make sure the apt is being well kept and not destroyed ! If apt is kept in great condition as it is will extend from 1 year to 2 year etc maintaining the same rent without an increase. Apt will be shown this Saturday from 11:30 pm till 6 pm Thank You
