This house belongs to a dog trainer in town. She is currently not living there, but does hold classes in the backyard three days a week. There is an outside studio she uses for private lessons, and she is currently looking for someone who may want to become a dog trainer. Or ... someone who doesn't mind her using the backyard throughout the week. All yard maintenance is included with the rent, unless you really like to garden; then I'm not going to turn down any help. Essentially, you will have the whole house. I do have 3 dogs that I may bring with me, depending on the situation. They can stay in the training studio that is not attached to the house. The spare bedroom will be the owner's room, but you have full access to the rest of the house. This house is in the ETJ area of the Blue Ridge Parkway, so you can walk out the back door and end up on the Mountain-to-Sea Trail. It feels private, even though you are really close to downtown and plenty of grocery options, including The Fresh Market, Publix, Whole Foods, Walmart, and Ingles.
