Before you leave after seeing price, This is one of the few properties on Porter Lake in New Vineyard Maine that has property of any size left. I will update lot size and more pics after snow melts but this is one of the best properties on the lake. The Camp is about 20 feet from the water. Full screened in porch to watch sunsets, listen to Loons or just take an afternoon nap. Enough space from neighbors so it is very peaceful. The building is definitely a " camp" but very comfortable and lots of potential. Still has the 30% increase that can be done.
