Income Requirements: All applicants must have a combined monthly gross income of at least three times the monthly rent. For applicants receiving housing vouchers (Metro/Section 8), the voucher amount will be counted as income. 2. Credit Requirements: A minimum credit score of 600 is preferred. Applicants who do not meet this criterion may still qualify by providing: A qualified co-signer with a satisfactory credit history, or Documentation of a strong rental history with no late payments within the past 12 months. 3. Rental History: Applicants must have a satisfactory rental history with no evictions or significant lease violations within the last three years. 4. Co-signer Option: If applicants do not meet the income or credit requirements, they may provide a qualified co-signer who meets these criteria. Co-signers must also have income equal to or greater than three times the rent and have satisfactory credit. 5: pet deposit is $300 non refundable deposit per pet with a maximum of 2 pets and an additional $25 per pet per month.
