Nighttime draws a hip, young crowd to the area's trendy bars, music venues, and restaurants. (THIS IS NOT A BIG ROOM), ONLY FOR 1 PERSON.) (The room is a private room) The room has recently been refurbished. The room is 10 feet by 5 feet and has a 2 foot by 2 foot storage area for your items. The room does have a window. (This is a small room only intended to accommodate ONE person.) Bed is Twin Size (96.5cm X 190.5cm) or (39" X 75") and Full Size (134.5cm X 190.5cm) are the appropriate bed sizes (54" X 75"). The D and B trains are 5 minutes away from Grand Street, and the F, M, J, and Z trains are 3 minutes away from Delancey and Essex Street, respectively. On Canal Street, the 6, Q, R, N, and W trains are 15 minutes' walk away. Bus routes M15, M15-SBS, and M21, M14D, are both near Seward Park and can be reached by walking for two minutes from Allen Street and three minutes from Delancey Street, respectively. Total Rooms: There are a total of 4 rooms with a total of 4 members. This does not include you. If you move in there will be a total of 5 members. (There are no laundry in the building but we have a laundromat in 1 min walking distance) The lower east side has many food options, and there are numerous supermarkets close by. There are eateries and bars everywhere. The grocery shop is just a two-minute walk away and extremely close. The Chinese supermarket is a five-minute walk away. For daily necessities, this location is highly practical. 3 Min Going on foot to the Essex Market and the Regal Theater. Other Locations include Trade Joe, Target, Walgreen. 12 Min Walking to Pier 35, Little Italy. Center of Manhattan bridge and williamsburg bridge. We're looking for someone who cooks very little or just doesn't cook at all. Of course microwaving is ok. Cleaning: Due to privacy issues, we are not responsible for cleaning the tenant's room. To maintain everything as clean as possible, we will clean the dining rooms, bathrooms, and floor three to five times a week. (We are looking for a nice, long-term tenant who can clean up after themselves.) Utilities: We just include electricity, cooking gas, and WiFi. Tissue, soap. Other things such as oil, and other tiny things are not included. Renters must have a steady income and must clean up after themselves. We require a tenant who can pay the rent promptly, on or before the third of each month. (A.C is included in the summer at free of charged) First Month Rent: $800.00/Monthly Last Month Rent: $800.00 - One Time (You do not need to pay for the last month of stay) The Security Deposit: $800.00 - One Time - The security deposit is returned to Tenant when the key is returned at the end of the month. BK Fees: $400.00/One Time Fee ($800.00 x 3 = $2400 + $400.00) = $2800.00 The lease is 12 month sublease contract. It's month to month. This means the tenant can choose to move out during the terms. The minimum time to stay is 2 months. The lease gets renews every 12 months if both parties is ok with renewing. (Very Flexible) Able to Pay the following: First Month Rent: $800.00/Monthly Last Month Rent: $800.00 - One Time (You do not need to pay for the last month of stay) The Security Deposit: $800.00 - One Time - The security deposit is returned to Tenant when the key is returned at the end of the month.
