Clean bed sheets and blankets are provided with every stay. There are full length shades you can pull down for all windows & doors, which are impact and shut out any sound very well. There are 2 full bathrooms stocked with hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and more. The master bathroom is spacious and has "his and hers" sinks for couples. Enjoy the gorgeous city and water views from not one, but two balcony's all from this 44th floor apartment! Take advantage of our fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel pots, pans, and utensils. We have all cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil), coffee, and tea available for you and your family. Please note: this IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Further, we provide Cable TV, wireless internet, unlimited access to a washer and dryer (we provide detergent), iron and ironing board. - 24H Security - 24H Valet The apartment condo is centrally located in downtown Miami, one block from the newly built Brickell City Centre, surrounded by the Miami Circle National Historic Landmark, a small park, and the Miami River. We are walking distance from Whole Foods Market, Bayfront Park, American Airlines Arena, Brickell City Centre, and over 100 restaurant and bar options. This apartment is also a 5-minute drive from the Port of Miami and Adrienne Arsht Center. From the Miami International Airport, only a short 15 minute drive. Guest access You and your family will have access to the entire apartment. Everything you see inside the cabinets and closets are for you to use - kitchen supplies, cooking essentials, coffee, tea, toilet paper, clean towels and sheets, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, iron, and more! We will go above and beyond to make your stay feel just like home. - Heated swimming pool - Gym - Valet parking $24 overnight + hourly at the Bldg. There's a cheaper public garage across the street from the condo, a 2 min walk. Further, there is a nice park walkway around the bay right outside the apartment. Very relaxing for a morning walk or scooter ride. Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony, and strictly prohibited inside the apartment. No pets are allowed in the apartment. Additional housekeeping is available at additional charges. ** Important: All guests will need to sign a Short Term Lease Agreement and submit copies of everyone's IDs before their arrival in order to gain access to the condo. The condo bldg may not allow guests entry if we don't receive this information from our guests ahead of their arrival dates and get them registered.** Reminder, this is a condominium building (not a hotel). At times, there may be scheduled or unscheduled maintenance in the building (water lines temp shut off, elevator work, etc). The building staff does an incredible job fixing any issues that my arise and it's never been a problem but just FYI =) Flexible availability, 1-12 month lease available.
