We have to give up our lease in a wonderful little apartment in West Harlem, right across the street from Saint Nicholas Park. (We are also open to subletting.) Lots of great food in the area - Lighthouse and Fumo Pizza probably being our favorites. It's pretty quiet most of the time. Two bedrooms, nice little kitchen combined with main room. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Fifth floor but there is an elevator. Plenty of card laundry machines in the basement, almost always machines available. Unfurnished, but free air conditioner included. Apartment has dishwasher. Being next to the park is truly so lovely. We would love for you to enjoy this wonderful space in our stead!
