The Four Ten Apartments is a 9 unit building built in 1981. It is located 2 blocks South of Seattle University campus. There are a variety of shops and restaurants nearby on 12th and its location is not far from the International District. Harborview, Swedish and Virginia Mason hospitals are all within a short walk and is ideal for commuters with its accessibility to I-5. Unit 3 is a South facing ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that receives great natural light. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building has a no smoking policy. Cats are welcome. There is a $100/month utility fee for water/sewer/garbage as well as a $20/month fee for laundry.
