This apartment has a very San Francisco look and feel, as does the neighborhood. The apt has refinished floors, GE stove, soft alabaster lighting, and dark wood paneling throughout. There are San Francisco Bay Windows in most rooms. It is very cozy. There is also a high efficiency front-loading washer/dryer in the building for convenience. The Clement is an excellent neighborhood. There are numerous restaurants, businesses, bars in the area. If you like ocean, you can walk in just a couple of minutes to secluded Baker Beach, China Beach and Sea Cliff, which are only three blocks away. Pictures attached.
