The kitchen is supplied with pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses and utensils, along with a office nook and washer/dryer room. The entrance to the condo is secure and with open air entrance and not a lobby. The building offers front or back entrances to both 2nd Ave or Kirkland Way for great walking. This is a quiet, non-smoking, no pet condo. Condo is Wifi ready, but electric is not included. The pictures are true to the current reality of the condo. The condo is in a safe area, was quite for sleep and overall felt peaceful, furnishings were comfortable and cozy, and it was clean. The closets are lit, the deck looks out at a green space, the water pressure is strong and appliances were good. I'd stay longer but my house remodel is completed. Renter pays separate for electric. No subletting allowed. No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind allowed. Renter pays for any damaged furniture or appliances, exterior complex walls, lost keys, parking or TV remotes, or parking stickers. Renter agrees to abide by HOA Rules and Regulations and Governances - no smoking of any kind, no pets, quiet noise ordinance between 10pm-9am, and no subletting.
