The neighbors stay to themselves. We only have neighbors on the same side of the street as us. Across the street from us is a baseball field. There are few of us on the street and we are friendly when we see eachother but we don't seek out the other households on our street. This home needs lots of work. It needs leveling, some roof work, carpentry here and there, and plumbing, electrical the house is still lived in so it's not so bad it can't be fixed while you live in it but it does need work. Make me a reasonable offer. I will consider it.
