Subletting * Subletting, assignment of the lease, and short-term rentals (including Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms) are prohibited without the landlord's prior written consent. Utilities * The landlord provides electricity (up to $200 per month), natural gas, internet, and lawn care. * If monthly electricity charges exceed $200, the tenant is responsible for paying the amount over the monthly allowance. * Any additional utilities or services not listed above are the tenant's responsibility.
