New HVAC 11/2018. House is work in progress. It would have a better roof and siding if our insurance company - Piedmont Mutual - actually paid fairly on claims. During a major hail storm in April 2011 we had roof and siding damage from hail as large as baseballs. They offered to settle for a total of $4100 which won't cover the repair estimates. Thanks Piedmont Mutual for taking over 30 days to even send an adjuster and resulting in further water damage. Thanks for refusing to discuss the settlement with us and refusing to explain to us how they arrived at the cost or price of materials. Neighborhood Description Pretty quiet neighbors. This is an established area of older homes. Park not too far away, post office just down the road.
