My son bought this house a couple of years ago to fix up and sell, but then he moved to Texas. I think the only thing we did was remove the drop ceiling in the small bedroom. It has a large lot. The plumbing is PEX. New wiring including a tankless water heater. The couple we bought it from were living in the house while they were fixing it up. But she broke her arm and his cancer returned, so they sold it to us. I don't like the way they enclosed the porch on the west side to make two walk-in closets for the bedrooms. If we were going to keep the house, I would restore the porch and build some internal closets. The roof has newer shingles, but we discovered this spring that it leaks in two places, and we haven't fixed those yet. There's a gas furnace in the house, but it isn't hooked up so there is no heat or air. There's lots of trim missing from the original exterior siding. Maybe they were planning on covering it with vinyl siding. everywhere.
