The basement bathroom has two sink areas with plenty of counter space. One master suite on the main floor. Two bedrooms and one bathroom in the basement. Laundry unit included. Furnished rental is only available at this rate from September through May. May be extended at summer rental rates, which are significantly higher, and only if there are no conflicting vacation rental bookings. No smoking, candles, vaping, or open flames allowed inside. Pets must be approved, and a leasing addendum must be added with a $100/month pet fee. If utilities are higher than normal historical usage, the difference will be required. $210 fee shown is a one-time cleaning fee. A lease agreement and payments are required in advance prior to due date. Deposit and renter's insurance is required; alternatively, a deposit and a $79 monthly insurance fee can be added.
