    Great home and people in a wonderful community. We loved living here and it is an easy commute to Kokomo and other cities. 2-story home with full basement, attached garage, pole barn and extra lot This home was built in 1900. It has solid bones and they don't build them like this anymore. The first floor has mostly been remodeled but still has areas to update and make it your own. First floor: 2376 sq ft There are 3 bedrooms, oversized living room, secondary fireplace with gas log set, kitchen, dining room, 1 full bathroom and 1/4 bath, enclosed back porch, beautiful oversized chimney with wood stove and grill, lots of original woodwork and stone accents with high ceilings and some wormwood walls/beams as well. There are many windows that provide lots of natural light and we had high quality blinds installed for privacy. Second floor: 2376 sq ft The second floor is unfinished and has amazing potential that we did not get to. It has a high pitched vaulted ceiling and the ability to put in multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and living room or make it into a large bonus room and storage. Basement: 1782 sq ft It has a full unfinished basement with a new HVAC system and water softener. It also has a shower and provisions for a toilet and sink. We removed the boiler and radiator heat to upgrade to central air as well as the gas furnace. There is a 10x34 covered front porch, 24x26 attached garage and a 30x48 pole barn with a 11x14 bump out in the NorthWest Corner for storage and there is a 14x16 finished room that has water and a gas line run to it in the NorthEast corner. It also has an extra lot that sits in front of the pole barn/next to the house. A large U-shaped driveway for lots of parking as well as concrete in front of the garage and exit into the alley. We added gravel near the pole barn for additional parking. It is a great place to host parties. This home is wonderful as it sits but it also has so much potential to become even more. We have had a change in our priorities and are ready to see someone else be blessed by it and the amazing community. City water and sewer.
