    What the owner loves about this home
    Our home is nestled within the small community of Hugo. It is truly a nice little community. We were blessed to build this home ourselves and raise our family here. It's a perfect equestrian property or "grow your own food" parcel! Folks in the entire area always loved watching our Belted Galloway cattle, plus our horses and their foals, along with a myriad of other critters. Passer-bys would look for them, and for years we made the farm available to pre-school kids on fieldtrips. Our kids were raised here and flourished in the country atmosphere; they enjoyed 4-H activities including raising their animals to take to fair and horticulture projects. The town of Grants Pass is only 15 minutes away for shopping & medical facilities, and there is an abundance of activities to enjoy along the mighty Rogue River.
