This apartment has been used as an Airbnb for the last 7 month's. The season is slowing down so would like to start renting a month to month rent for now...It is fully furnished and has newer furniture in it. It has a washer/dryer and linens, dishes, coffee makers, pretty much everything. The apartment is walking distance to downtown , close to the hospital and all the local restaurants and shops. The bedroom carpets are new, has real hard wood floors as well. It is very homey and in a great location. I am looking for someone that wants more short term and will be willing to do a month to month lease. Would be great for a student, someone that that is relocating or has a short term job locally. Also no pets and smoking of any kind in the apartment. All Utilities are included plus internet. No pets or smoking is allowed.
