Private room, wood floors, closet with built in racks, very comfortable new Queen bed, TV, and your own very large bathroom with shower. Shared kitchen and living area. Large balcony with street and beach view. Bills are split 50/50. Usually my bills do not exceed $100. No pets allowed, as I have 2 cats. Lease must be at least 3 months. We can see if we are both happy and extend it up to 1 year.
