Fantastic CWE location. Quite street with plenty of street parking for your guests. I have lived here myself for over 2 years and simply love it. Close to Ikea, Whole foods, great restaurants, SLU and WashU. Also walking distance to Cortex and new Metro station. It does not get better than this. However I am sad to relocate for a new position in Illinois. The 2nd bedroom is a loft space with its own closet. Main bedroom is huge. Bath and kitchen are modern with high end appliances. Spectrum cable is included and free. Great amenities in the building. High ceilings, wood burning fireplace. AVAILABLE Mid Feb but flexible. No middle agent or commission. Dogs not allowed by HOA, unfortunately. Landlord pays monthly HOA $400 and parking fee, Spectrum cable, trash, water included
