Our favorite things about the home are how private, solid, and quiet it feels and the awesome two-story layout: Ground floor - - Private driveway and attached garage allow for 2 private parking spaces - Living room with gas fireplace, dining room and eating bar - Modern kitchen appliances and tons of cabinet space - 1/2 bathroom for guests - Sliding glass doors to patio and fully fenced yard (6+ ft tall fence for great privacy) Upstairs - - 3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms and an office, all with vaulted ceilings and large windows - Spacious master suite with attached bathroom and walk-in closet - 3/4 bathroom off hallway - Quiet laundry room with lots of storage The home is directly next to a city-owned greenbelt (last photo), which leads to serene running/walking trails with a creek and connects with Dragonfly Park. Walk 5 minutes to the West Seattle Health Club or the Delridge Playfield/Community Center (which has really nice sports fields, tennis/pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor basketball, and weightlifting equipment access). For groceries/errands: Delridge Deli (4 minute walk), Trader Joe's (0.9 miles away), QFC (1.2 miles away), and two Safeways (both 6 minute drives). Tons of delivery options too. Close to many direct bus lines (Rapid Ride C-Line, 120, 125, and more) and is an excellent commute for professionals bussing to Pioneer Square/Downtown/Belltown/South Lake Union. Garage is wired with 220 volt outlet for electric vehicle charging! In addition to the garage and private driveway, parking is free 24/7 on the streets directly outside, and a spot can be found within a couple blocks at any time. The home is available starting Sept 2nd!
