We require a one year lease. Tenants are responsible for electricity, and cable/wifi. Water and gas is paid by landlord. There is (1) parking spot and a second parking spot that is available every other month. Landlord handles landscaping, pest control, and trash! Condo is on first floor and next to Pacific Coast Trail. New concrete patio and we are in the process of upgrading the front yard to install bike racks. Year lease transitioning to month-to-month
