There is an expansive master bedroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There are 2 other bedrooms on the opposite side of the home with a full bath mmm and half bath. As you can see the large kitchen and nook connects to the family room. There is a very large deck that faces the ocean. A smaller deck is on the opposite side facing the mountains. Last but not least is the impressive entry way and dining room and other living room that can be converted to a bedroom for guests. There is also a laundry room where the 2 bedrooms are located. There is parking in the driveway that can fit 2 cars and plenty of street parking. The rental includes utilities and cable and WiFi. I am in the process of putting up more photos as I take them. Smoking is not allowed in the house or any part of the premises. Parking should be done in the driveway to respect the neighbors. There is still plenty of street parking a few yards away.
