All utilities including AT&T Fiber internet are paid for; monthly cleaning is easily arranged for an additional charge. The Trees House is across the street from UAMS and a short distance to downtown and other area hospitals. Parking (and charging your EV) is right at the cottage, easily accessible off the alley but not covered. The owner lives close by and is very responsive. One year lease and $800 deposit are required, and you must sign a lease. Parents may co-sign with students to meet application requirements. Smoking/vaping outside only.
