All utilities (internet, water, trash, and gas) are included in the rental price except electricity; each renter will be responsible for 20% of the electric bill (this is typically $2565 per month).The room has a bed, mini-fridge, 6- drawer dresser, wardrobe dresser, nightstand, TV tray, Desk, Desk Chair, Curtains (any of the items can be removed if you have your own furniture). We also have a washer/dryer stacker unit in the house, which renters can use for free; we just ask that you use your own laundry detergent. The room will be available on 8/22/ 26. The bathroom will be used by you and two other renters. This rental is for ONE person only, and no overnight guests are allowed. We are a few blocks away from the Galleria Mall and only minutes from Little Company of Mary and Torrance Memorial. This will be a monthly lease.
