What I am leaving behind is a beautiful home surrounded by an even more beautiful neighborhood. A 2+2.5 corner home with 1-car garage. Tile floors throughout kind of looks like wood but its not. The house is about 1200sf and has a gorgeous kitchen with quartz counter tops. There is an island in the kitchen. An open floor plan with a fireplace you'll maybe use once. A good size master bedroom with master bath. The bathtub is one of those Jacuzzi tubs so you can relax after a long day of work. The other bath is located in the other bedroom, no tub just stall. And the half bath is located in the hallway. You'll never have to worry about going to the bathroom ever again with three toilets to choose from. Comes with a stove, fridge and front load washer dryer located inside the home. Plenty of closet space. If you keep both doors open a nice breeze runs through however there is an HVAC unit because it seems to be getting hotter on this planet for some reason. I'll leave the Nest thermostat so you can connect it with your phone or smart device. I'll also leave the cameras/smart doorbell so you can look at your beautiful home even when you're away. The front yard is well manicured and the backyard has plenty of space to entertain. I continued with the tile look so its all tile out there. Walking distance to Downtown Culver City, Sony, Baldwin Hills Outlook, bike path nearby, great school system and an amazing (and handsome) property manager. This is not a corporate run company. We are a small moms and pops who will pick up the phone when you call and buy you a drink if we see you around town. Pride of ownership.
