This is an excellent property and an excellent neighborhood. It's completely redone. It makes a wonderful home. The pictures make it look really, really good. The inside is great. The outside is older.. I am not interested in anyone who doesn't know how to maintain a property correctly. I will not rent to anyone who has never lived in a house on their own. You are expected to know how to maintain the property. I expect you consider this house your own. Only people that are handy need to apply. I would consider a neutered created dog, but I would have to meet the dog first. And there would be an added deposit that would be fully refundable for the dog. I'm only interested in very long-term leasing. I'm interested in selling the Property by owner. I live very close if you're late with the rent, I'll be over every single day you won't like that. you are responsible for all utilities and maintaining the yard perfectly. Only one car can be parked on the street two cars in the driveway.
