The leasing office is right beside this building at 4104 Walnut Street. It is located on the far side of 41st St and Walnut St, within Penn Police patrol area and has Penn Bus/Shuttle stops. The unit is on the top-floor with great privacy: being inside a multi-unit property, it has its own stairs that are only shared with one tenant on the second floor, who barely uses it. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen all have their own large window, the kitchen is facing south, while the bedroom and bathroom face the east. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a wall and the foyer. Laundry is on-site and $10/month with unlimited use, located on the first floor at the end of your (almost private) stairways. You have the option of getting a parking space on the parking lot behind the building from UCA, with a monthly fee, or there are plenty of street parking spaces near by. The tenant pays rent, electricity, gas, and internet/TV, while the landlord pays cold water and trash. The stove runs on gas. The central AC is also running on gas in the winter, but on electricity during the summer when in the cooling mode.
